Plasma TV Causing Grounded Outlet Hum?
When I plug my plasma tv into the wall with a 3-prong plug it causes the stereo receiver/amplifier to hum. If I use a 2-prong plug without the ground, no hum. I don't feel right running the TV without a ground, so how can I prevent it from causing the hum? The receiver does not use a grounded plug and is not sharing the same socket with the TV. The receiver is connected to the cable box audio, and the TV is connected to the cable box via HDMI. This is wierd. Thanks
